When will I get my order?

We’re working quickly to prepare and ship your order. Most orders are processed and ready for shipment within 2-3 business days of purchase. Please note that processing times may occasionally extend during high-demand periods, such as product launches or restocks.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times vary based on your location, and we appreciate your patience as your package makes its way to you.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us  as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll process a full refund immediately.

For faster assistance, include:

Note: Once shipped, cancellations can’t be processed—but you may return the item upon delivery.
